Putting down the forks of judgements, Carla seeks adventures in food and build relationships through those experiences. Beyond nutrition, she enjoys good story on her plate accompanied with wines from different regions. Stories that explore the traditions that bring these dishes to life through pictures and intimate gatherings.
Where traditions could improve, comes innovation. Brian goes into depth and explores the science behind food and those designs and ideas that affect how we make decisions.
